You spoke, and we responded!  The Charlotte Mecklenburg Library ordered the genealogy mystery series by Nathan Dylan Goodwin, featured in the last OMGS Quarterly.  The titles listed below, in series order, are now circulating.

1.Hiding the Past
2.The Lost Ancestor
3.The Orange Lilies (novella)
4.The America Ground
5.The Spyglass File

We are so pleased to announce that our NCR collection will now include non-Mecklenburg County yearbooks.  You will see several in this list that are the first to be added, but there will be more in the future.  They give historians and genealogists a snapshot of places, people, teams and organizations that were not previously available.  If you have yearbooks from high schools, colleges, universities or military groups that you wish to donate to our collection, please contact me or any of the Carolina Room staff.  They can be sent to NCR by mail, delivery service or dropped off at your favorite branch library.  If you wish to get a letter of receipt for your donation, please include your name and mailing address in the box or container.

These new materials were added to our collection from 2/11/2017 to 3/12/2017.  To search the Library’s entire collection and learn more about library services, please visit https://cmlibrary.org/services.
