Military Details: 
Private First Class Callahan was sent to Vietnam March of 1969 and died at a Army Hospital in Japan from injuries he received from an enemy mine detonation, while on patrol on August 21st eight days before his death. While on patrol Callahan's five-ton dump truck hit a mine, but despite being injured he tried to aid the other wounded personal before collapsing of exhaustion.
