Citizen of Charlotte.He repaired to St. Augustine last fall, to try the effect of a more genial climate on a constitution debilitated by a violent hemorrhage of the lungs: but instead of finding health, he found a grave: yet although he closed his eyes in death far from the friends he loved, he was `by strangers honored, and by strangers mourned.`
