Master Sergeant Clyde Starkey served in WWII with the Seventh Division in the Aleutians and after the war was stationed in Panama. He was transferred from Fort Lewis, WA to Japan in February of 1950. Was initially reported missing but his body was soon recovered. He had served 21 years in the Army.
